Amish Dining Room Terms

Self-Storing Leaves

No more hiding your table leaves under the bed! Tables that open in the center can store the leaves underneath the top. Number of leaves stored varies by table size and style.

Gear Slides

Our Amish dining tables are built to open easily with gear driven slides. This is standard for all styles that extend with leaves, except for those with breadboard ends.

Breadboard Extension Ends

Tables with breadboard ends have planks running lengthwise and ends that extend to hold 18" leaves. *These leaves will not self-store.
